Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems Intelligent Control Panel for SDS Compressors
Control panel for SDS compressor that precisely controls discharge pressure and prevents unnecessary high-pressure operation.
The Hitachi oil-free screw compressor (SDS-NH series) is well-received for its high quality, high reliability, and reduced total running costs due to high efficiency and long maintenance intervals. Leveraging its features, it further pursues energy savings and labor reduction from various aspects. In particular, it achieves energy savings by precisely controlling discharge pressure and preventing unnecessary high-pressure operation. This is the new intelligent control panel for Hitachi SDS compressors, designed to quickly respond to the needs of the coming era. Active Power Control (APC) patent pending. The new intelligent control panel calculates air consumption and the associated piping pressure loss, automatically controlling the load/unload pressure settings of the compressor to maintain constant plant pressure. It performs automatic operation (pressure control) in response to changes in air consumption flow, aiming for energy savings. This truly realizes the control of next-generation compressors.
